The Classic Auto Group has its own school for those wishing to enter the auto repair industry. What makes this unique (aside from the idea that an automotive group has its own school) is you are trained by our current technicians (professionals who work on vehicles every day), you receive manufacturer based training, you have daily hands-on experience, we supply the tools and textbooks for the course, and, you do not pay us – we pay you ! Say that again, WE PAY YOU – not minimum wage, but no less than $10.00 per hour to start. Further, we can start you in this career on the ground floor and train and develop you to become a factory certified, flat-rate capable diagnostic technician. Additionally, due to our promotion-from-within practice (85% of our current management have come from within), it is possible in our company to ascend within the field beyond a technician and up into the management of our organization.
