The decisions to award Classic with Mini, Honda, Nissan and Buick, Pontiac, GMC open points we made in part, because of the overall business philosophy and high ethical standards established by Mr. Brown. The Classic organization has a reputation as being a cut above other automotive dealerships. In fact, Classic has often been referred to as the "Nordstrom's" of car dealerships due to the company's core philosophy of taking car of the customers. This is not a merely a mission statement, but is the cornerstone to Classic's overall success. The customer is made to feel like a guest and is afforded the highest level of professionalism from every employee.
The commitment to professionalism is evident in every aspect of the operation. The service departments are spotless and the showrooms are cleaned and polished daily (as are the new and used vehicles). Landscape crews are constantly grooming the grounds, which gives our customers the assurance that every aspect of the operation is truly superior.
Mr. Brown sets the standards by which the employees conduct business. In his words; "great service isn't good enough, the top priority is to exceed the customer's expectations." This dedication to customer's satisfaction is what gives Classic as edge in the marketplace and is why Classic continues to grow and expand.
